"After working in the wholesale company, I worked as a pedestrian enforcer for 5 months where my task is to help people safely cross the highway. There were times I was assigned to simply guard the no jaywalking area and capture or warn the people not to cross on that area. After that, I was an intern in NBI but after my internship and graduated college, my first professional job is being a virtual assistant and I worked at a dental clinic in California where I am checking for the patient’s insurances before their procedure or appointment. That's the first step that I improved my communication skills because sometimes I need to call their insurance company to follow up if their insurance will cover their dental needs.
After that job, I was a lead generation specialist and virtual assistant at the same time in an offshore company that is based in Australia. Most of my tasks are to scrape data and email on the web and check daily the client's webmail if there's a potential lead. Also, I do their CRM in which I input the potential leads data and make sure that they will receive a follow - up email. Unfortunately, our company is one of the many companies that go bankrupt due to COVID - 19.
Lastly, my previous job before I decided to apply to this company is SEO Specialist. My task at this company was to check the traffic on their social media sites and websites. Reporting their daily and weekly progress. Compare their websites and social media to their other competitors. I also improved my analytical skills here because I need to analyze their data and how to report them.''
