As part of a daily task of a records retrieval specialist we are to make outbound calls to provider’s offices, medical facilities, and Hospitals to locate and verify providers and to verify if this facility holds patient records. We are to call to verify if this provider is still practicing at this facility and we also need to know if this facility processes their own medical records or not. We work as to give each of this facilities ease of obtaining medical records needed for their partnered clients as we offer them many ways to send records either thru fax, standard mail, upload, Remote access for electronic records and as well as providing a Certified Field Agent to copy this records from them and make appropriate payment for fees applied for obtaining this records.
