"I was previously affiliated with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Companies, in which I think I have mastered providing customer service to clients.
The most recent job I had was with TSI as a customer relations agent, and later, as a part of of the Request for Proposals (RFP) Team where we deal with hotel owner, provide hotel proposals from choice hotels, gather and manage all the information update on the most affordable deals; promotion and discounts; they offer to group clients.
I also did soft outbound calls to make sure that the proposals were reviewed by the hotel owners, that the requests were outlined, and that issues were raised and submitted to meet the customers’ needs.
What I loved the most being in the RFP team is that I get to challenge myself in meeting our quotas of submitting the requests I thought I could never do because of the heavy workload, but through perseverance, I was able to surpass, and complete each task one at a time and
meet our goals."
