“I have a total of 5 years work experience as a Call Center agent. I've worked as a Sales Specialist and Customer Representative on a US-based company for three years and worked as a collection specialist for an Australian-based company for two years. After leaving the call center industry I became an English online teacher for more than 2 years. With these work experiences mentioned I am confident that I am the best candidate for your vacancy. In my role as a customer service and sales specialist I have consistently exceeded all the goals set for me and for the team. I have a proven track record of meeting CSAT score, sales and high volume of calls on a daily basis. I have also received commendations from my superiors and eventually became one of the frontliners. Furthermore, I even got promoted as one of the team leaders, trained new employees and helped the operations if they are short of staff. As an English online teacher I always get an excellent number of booked classes from my regular students as well as new students. Most of my client's parents have recommended me as a teacher to their friends and family members. One of my key strengths is being a teamplayer. I work effectively as part of a team by being supportive to other members and helping them focus on the task in hand. I believe that best results are mostly achieved by working together. My telephony skills are also my strongest points. I am able to deal with irate customers while resolving their issues.
