"My name is Kevin Jimenez. I live in Hermosillo Sonora México a lovely place to live. I am a good and advance customer care representative.
Recently I worked as a customer care representative for a large food marketing company.
My duties include executing inbound or outbound calls, also appointments and following cases when needed. I move on to QA at the same company having on my responsibility to ensure that there are following the correct procedures.
I am an organized and fast learner, with experience in CRM software and Zendesk tools, fluent both in written and spoken English.
I have worked as a Bookkeeper, a QA agent, a Customer Care Representative, and a Sales Representative.
I have Good attention to detail, available hours of up to 40 hours a week, a good connection (28Mbps), a back-up connection (20Mbps), a back-up connection is located on my brother's house (2 miles) and I have a key to enter any time, a peaceful working place and two laptops in their best condition.
