"I have been in the customer service field for over a decade, so I am confident that I have the qualifications you're looking for.
I started working in the call center industry in 2008 as a billing specialist for a B2B account. I loved my job back then because I only got to talk and email the businesses' employees in the Accounts Payable department, so there were not many irate customers, which was also good for me since I was a newbie at that time. I wouldn't forget this company because they were the first to give me a chance despite having no experience. I got to stay with them for more than three years.
After that, I went into another company and stayed with them for only 6 months since the pay was not competitive. Although that was the situation, I'm still thankful because I got to experience handling calls for a hotel reservation and for a Telco account.
Another company believed in my potential, so I was hired by them, and was tasked to receive calls from customers needing roadside assistance. Here was where I got to first experience being a Subject Matter Expert and a Quality Analyst Intern, which actually broadened my knowledge and skills. However, due to not having a nanny, I had to leave again for another company. So this time, I was hired in an in-house contact center for a US bank, and I got to handle calls for potential customers contacting for credit card application.
The last BPO company I've been with was just close to where I live, and what I loved there was that I was hired for a non-voice account. I was an email support for a ride-sharing app. I also wouldn't forget my experiences there because this was where I also became a Subject Matter Expert, and I also experienced being included in the top agents list where we were brought to Bohol as a treat, all expense paid by the company. After that, I decided to work from home, which has actually been my dream since 2010, the year when my first baby was born."
