"This is Roxanne Tajolosa. I am from Taguig City Philippines. I have been in the Bpo Company for almost 5 Years handling accounts from Us and Uk. Handled different post like Customer Service Techinical Support, Billing, Dispute and Sales.
The First Bpo Company that I worked with was with Transcom and I am part of a Telco Account in US that gives affordable cable, internet and phone services. In this account we called ourselves the super agents because we gave great customer service, assists customer to troubleshoot their device, assist customer if they had inquiries regarding their billing account processed payments and also we do upsell.
Next is with Teleperformance also for Comcast account but it was for cable box activation dept. Our job is to assist customer for activating their cable box by just sending signal for us customer’s also.
Last is with Alorica Philippines and I am part of Paypal Uk Account. Paypal is a service that enables you to pay, send money, and accept payments. In this account we assist customer if they have question about their account, assist customer if they are having a hard time paying online. Assist customer if they want to add or remove some card on their account and lastly if the customer want to file a dispute. Some customer wants to have a refund because they did not receive the item but we have to check it very carefully if what happens to the item where it was delivered who received the item.
