“The last job that I had was for CBG Solutions. It was a chat campaign for the American Government. Basically, it was a chat support for the PPP Loans (Payment Protection Plan) that the American government was giving out to small businesses due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, where I had to handle at least 5 chats at a time.
This job was to answer general inquiries that customer had about their loan statuses. It was the first “Home office” job that I ever had but it was only temporary. I began on April 19 th and finished on May 27th.
Prior to the previous job mentioned I worked as an English Teacher for a private prominent English school in Mexico City called Quick Learning. I gave classes to all ages and all levels, from the most basic to the most advanced TOEFL Courses, from children to adults. As an English Teacher It was required to do class preparation and provide the best classes possible with dedication. There was a specific methodology that had to be followed step by step in order to give the classes accordingly to the school’s philosophy. I worked at this school for 3 years. (April 16, 2018 – April 16, 2021)
Prior to the two jobs previously mentioned I had worked at a call center called Teleperformance for the campaign of NRG (electric company in Texas) for almost 4 years. I started on May 5, 2014, as a phone representative. I started taking calls and it was basically customer service, sales, billing inquiries, and retention. There were certain metrics that he had to have up to date which that was never a problem for me. Then in May 2016 I got promoted to the position of “Trainer” whereas the name indicates I had to train the new upcoming generations. I did this until February 2018."
