"I am a Virtual Assistant aspiring to establish my career in this industry. I have gained my expertise in handling calls and requests from other mediums when I worked as a Customer Support Asscoiate II at Convergys, Inc. (now part of Concentrix Group). I was assigned in various departments during my stay there for (3) meaningful years. I worked in the inbound calls department, fax and email team, chat support team, and lastly, callbacks team. Currently, I am affiliated with Insular Life, Tacloban City branch as a Financial Coach, since June of 2019. It is here that I acquired skills in generating leads, cold calling, setting up appointments, doing sales presentations and closing deals.
Concurrent to my financial coach career in Insurance Industry, I worked as a Project Technical Staff in Commission on Higher Education Regional Office 8 (a Government Agency here in the Philippines), since February up until August of this year. I was tasked to administer applicants for scholarship in submitting their applications, checking the completeness of their requirements and the release of their funds once accepted.
These experiences that I have, helped me gain knowledge, enhanced my communication, and acquired technical and analytical skills. I believe my skillset are essential for the position that I am applying for which makes me qualified. I am also willing to undergo trainings in order to meet your organization’s requirements."
