I've worked as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative at VXI Global Holdings in Directv At&t, I was a former top agent there for 3 consecutive months and got promoted to a Tier 2 level agent. So basically I can say that I'm a Customer Service and Technical Support Expert.
So this year I decided to transition from the Corporate world to Freelancing because I was inspired by my friends who are now working as a VA.
