"My first relevant work, was as a Honeywell tech support costumer representative, in San Luis Potosí Mexico, providing customers in the USA with Honeywell products installation and maintenance, specifically thermostats. The goal was to keep a personal average of 30 calls per day, which I successfully did, constantly being in the top charts, and getting one of the highest customer service feedbacks.
Unfortunately, I had to quit, because I needed to move back to my main city, Tampico Tamaulipas, Mexico. Here I started working in the city hall, where I served as cadaster notifier for 8 months, getting a quick promotion to customer service agent, where I basically helped the citizen with anything regarding his property’s taxes. After almost 2 years working for the government, and an administration change, many people were fired, and I was afraid of making a career in a place where there’s constantly personal rotation. "
