MIEA SURVEY ON THE PROPERTY MARKET SENTIMENT
Greetings from MIEA's Board of Directors.
MIEA is conducting a survey on property market sentiment with Real Estate practitioners. We hope you could spare a few minutes of your time to fill in the form below.
Real Estate practitioners who participate in this exercise and have given their personal information correctly is eligible to a **lucky draw ticket each. The lucky draw ticket number is the survey entry number generates by the system. Participants stand a chance to win attractive prizes. Two MAREC'18 tickets and other prizes such as hotel stay, high-tea and many more are up for grab.
We hope you could spare some time to answer the survey questionnaires below.
The survey is conducted between 30 Dec 2017 and 10 Jan 2018. It will close at 5pm on 10 Jan 2018. MIEA will analyse the results of the survey and together with our research, we will prepare a property market report. You will be given a copy of the report.

2) The survey is conducted between 30 Dec 2017 and 10 Jan 2018. It will close at 5pm on 10 Jan 2018.

4) Each practitioner shall be allowed to submit one survey.
5) Practitioners are required to fill in correct and valid personal information as prescribed in the survey form. Unclear, incomplete or wrong details shall make the entry void.

6) Details which consist of personal data provided by participants may be used by MIEA for the following purposes :

7) Directors of MIEA's Research Unit is not eligible for the lucky draw, however, s/he is allowed to take part in the survey.
8) Secretariat shall verify participants details on BOVAEA website to ensure legitimacy.
9) Lucky draw shall be conducted 2 weeks after the closing date.
10) Winners shall be notified via email, whatsapp or handphone. If a winner cannot be contacted, MIEA reserves the right to re-draw from the pool of survey participants.
11) In providing your personal details on the survey form, you are agreeable that MIEA and/or its agents/staff and/or its 3rd party service providers may contact you by handphone, email or whatsapp. MIEA shall not reveal your personal information to other outsiders unless it has permission from you to do so.
12) MIEA reserves the right to make any changes to the lucky draw terms and conditions at any time without prior notification and reserves the right to replace any prizes of equivalent value without notice.
13) Prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other goods.
14) MIEA reserves the right to cancel, vary or suspend the lucky draw should there be technical errors or other causes affecting the administration, security or proper operation of the lucky draw.
15) In the event of any dispute, MIEA's decision shall be final.
