"I am Mark Anthony Racuya, 26 years of age. I am currently living in Quezon City, Manila, Philippines, I've graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology at St. Benedict School, Parang Maguindanao. I was a working student before as a product checker wherein I'm checking the incoming and outgoing products in our inventory.
Following a year, I tried to apply in a BPO industry and my first BPO company was in Davao City. Wherein I work as a customer service representative in a medical insurance account. As an agent, my fundamental occupation is to provide insurance benefit and eligibility to our customers, setting an appointment with their allocated medical physicians for health concern.
Following a couple of months, I transferred to another company and continue as a customer service agent and a technical support as well. We are dealing with mobile technical problems in which we are settling their mobile phones, hardware and software issues, processing their monthly plan payments, and handling other customer concerns.
My career in Davao City didn't remain long because of family reason that I need to move in Metro Manila for good. When I moved to Manila I get a position as technical support level 1 and following a couple of months I was promoted to back office group level 2, we are assisting to fix the internet problems of the customers, sending each of the few sorts of technician, creating escalations, determine outage area and managing to use advanced tools. I am so much upbeat that involvement in a BPO industry where I met many individuals, I’ve met new companions and a group that fills in as my second family. This is a profession that builds my identity and help develop my abilities."
