    I am an experienced Customer Service Representative. I've been in a BPO setting for almost four years. In which I have handled Retention, Billing, Sales and Technical concerns. And with the help of my determination and hard work I got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert and as a Senior Representative, which I am assigned to monitor live calls. Sending reports to the managers. And assisting highly escalated calls to maintain excellent customer service satisfaction.
