    "I am Ana Mae Gan Siapno, I am 28 years old and I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education Major in English from San Pedro College of Davao. I am also a licensed teacher in the Philippines.

    My first work experience was in Convergys – Davao as a customer service representative under Macy’s Bloomingdale's account. I take calls to process orders, returns, and address all related concerns of the customer. Working for more than 6 months in Convergys helped me to become more confident through the provided training and months of experience in the floor.

    My second work experience was as a part time research assistant in Malaysia which was brief experience since I went ahead and decided to go to the Middle East in the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi. For three years, I worked as an Executive secretary to Executive Vice President cum data entry of Abu Dhabi Vegetable Oil Company. I maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, and receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate. I also attend meetings and keep minutes.

    Last but not the least, I worked for Chemetall Limited – Abu Dhabi for 2 years as a customer service officer. Above all my experience I can say I was able to maximize my potential, since I handled various tasks such as data entry including order processing, pricing condition using SAP system. I also handled calls and emails (outlook) and sent out quotations to customers. I was also responsible for purchasing any office requirements such as stationery and other needful requirements of the office, it also includes gathering and comparison of suppliers.

    To sum it all up I have a total working experience of 8 years which I am hoping that this will help my application be considered by the esteemed client. Looking forward to positive feedback. "
