"I have been in sales and customer service for 5 years and was named top seller for 4 consecutive quarters when I was with Dell. Before that I managed my own clothing line, so I have a solid background in business and customer management. I graduated from one of the top universities in the country, Ateneo de Manila, with a degree in Information Design. I was previously employed by a US company (Apex) and have worked with freight partners for shipping solar batteries on a domestic and international scale.
My skill set is in line with what you are looking for. I have ample experience in maintaining positive business relationships with different people, communicating with customers via phone and email, handling administrative work, and coordinating with vendors, partners, and team members in a timely approach. I believe the knowledge and skills I have gained make me an ideal candidate for the job.
I am focused, driven, and passionate with my work. I have excellent communication skills and effective time management, which I believe are crucial to this role.
