"I am new in the BPO industry and I only have 6 months of working experience with a health insurance company based in the US. I can say that I gained new knowledge and skills from this experience and it was always a good timing to provide good quality of service to all of my customers by providing them everything that they need and want from our services. Before working in the BPO industry, I was a sales executive in an International Logistics company for 5 years and I specialized on selling services for (brokerage, import, export, domestic and trucking services) from our clients that needs help on their logistic needs. I always see to it that my clients are satisfied with the quality of our services and I always make sure to attend to their needs, demand and expectations. Working in the logistics industry helped me understood about the importance of providing quality service to our clients and to always provide them the best resolutions to their concerns. I am an active worker and I can cope up to different types of deadlines and I can definitely handle a lot of pressure from work. I can easily adapt to different environment and situations. After working as, a Sales Executive, I pursue my dream on becoming a pilot and fortunately I was given a chance and worked in the general aviation industry. However, due to the pandemic every industry has been affected especially the travel industry. Unfortunately, I got retrenched from work and I’ve searched for a different industry that is not that much affected by the pandemic, and I found the Virtual Assistance or Work from Home jobs which I see myself working with because the aviation industry is still a long shot to be stable again and won’t be back in the next 3-5 years. And I could no longer wait for those years so I made a decision that it would be perfect to work as a Virtual Assistant.
I can’t contain my excitement to make use of the qualities I have gained from my previous jobs to your company. And I am very much willing to learn new things moving forward."
