    "Hello! I am Mark Raynald J. Comandante. My previous job was a Customer Service Representative in one of the biggest telecommunication companies in the US. We handled installation, upgrade, technical problems; We're also helping our customers in placing orders, like PPV, ordering a phone, remote and answering all other related questions for internet, cable and mobile phone plan. In addition, I worked as a technical support representative; I handle phone calls, chat and social media to support mobile phones, tablets, smart watches and Bluetooth headsets. We are also giving tips on how they can maintain the sustainability of their gadgets. My ideal role is I always wanted to be one of the top agents or in whatever position I am. But I am willing to advance to a higher job level with active efforts toward self-development and advancement.

    I am the best candidate for this role because I am self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work well under pressure. I have keen office skills; I can navigate MS Office adequately especially MS Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint. I have the ability to learn new technologies quickly. I am knowledgeable in using Photoshop. I can think out of the box and provide new ideas and this job really fits with my skills and experience.
