"I started to work as a virtual assistant when I was a data entry specialist for a ticket scalper. I had some awesome relationship with them for 2 years and then when things got slow they really had to make a tough decision to let me go. I was able to find and meet my other client and was able to work with them for about 2 years my client was gracious enough to introduce me to some of his friends for extra work, I have helped them with work on a project basis.

I have been doing a project basis with the same clients since the real estate industry has its ups and downs, they can only keep me as a project basis for the past 6 years. In the 6 years that I have been working as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, I was trained in the various areas of Real Estate. Here is a rundown of what I have learned and managed as a virtual assistant:

    • MLS Management
    • Buyer and Seller Pre-qualifications and calls
    • Appointment settings for showings and meetings
    • Calendar Management
    • Listing and Purchase agreements (Handled the filling out of the entries needed for the purchase and listing agreement. Note that the specifics is provided and a little training is done since there are different clauses and requirement per state)
    • Short sale Letter
    • Utilities turn on calls
    • CRM management ( CRMS I have handled: Podio, Five street, Lions desk, Boomtown, Top of Mind, Mojo, Top Producer, slybroadcast and Velocify)
    • Calling system I have used ( Ringcentral, Line2, Dial Pad, Magic Jack go, Mighty text and skype)
    • Gmail and Email Management
    • Google Drive
    • Google sheets
    • BPO just the basic inputting
    • Flyer and Postcard creation

It’s not only the skills that I have learned that have made me progressed with being a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. The attitude and the etiquette on how to do my job and how I should carry myself in conversations with clients. I have had the opportunity to have worked with good leaders, business owners, and partners. They have all provided me with the necessary skills for me to progress with work and also challenged me to bring out the best in me. I sincerely hope to be given the chance for a quick interview and assessment because I know that the skills I have gained during those years would prove helpful to both you and me."
