"My BPO career began as a customer support representative for a mobile phone provider in the United States. That ' s where I learnt the fundamentals of phone etiquette and how to deal with clients. I initially struggled with the schedule because I was not used to working graveyard shifts. Persistence and determination helped me. After that, I worked as a technical support agent for a cable business in the United States. I was in charge of billing and technical concerns. The skills and knowledge I obtained did not stop me from continuing on to a new account. I worked for a towing and repair auto insurance company as a dispatch expert.

After a few years, I realised I needed to pursue bigger successes and opportunities while still spending quality time with my family, so I opted to work as a virtual assistant for real estate agents. The pay was good, and I was able to care for and spend time with my family, but I began to feel nervous and concerned about the job ' s security because I was working directly with clients after clients without contracts, allowing them to quit if their firms could no longer maintain them, and accepted a position as a Frontline Support Specialist for a dietary firm situated in the United States. Billing, customer support ( both over the phone and by email) , and order entry were all my responsibilities. The work was a lot of fun for me. I worked my way up to the position of Quality Assurance Specialist nationwide.

When the pandemic struck this year, I prioritized my family ' s health and well - being, so I returned to work as a Virtual Assistant from the comfort of our home. I was hired as an executive assistant to a manager of insurance. I was in charge of her scheduling, presentations, and interactions with the people in her branch. I loved being an assistant. Unfortunately, due to health issues, she had to retire, leaving me without a job.

In conclusion, I believe that my experiences and skill set make me a significant addition to a company. I have excellent communication and writing skills, am a quick learner, and have excellent work ethics. I believe I have more to offer and strive to be among the best."
