"Excellent communication skills, Active listening, Empathy, and being human are the main ingredients to provide efficient and effective customer service.
My first call center job was an outbound account wherein we were calling potential clients if they want their business name to be on top of the search engines. Every day we have to meet the quota for us to have incentives and to keep our job. I am proud to say that I was able to hit it by being confident in speaking and trying my best to persuade them. My next BPO jobs were a mix of Customer/Technical Service Representative in a financial, technical, and telco account. This is where I honed my skills in dealing confidently with all the people that I talked to using the English language. I need to put my situation in their respective shoes to understand them and provide the resolution that they need the most. I need to think outside of the box and uncover underlying issues to get to the bottom of the concerns and provide satisfaction to them. I believe that with that kind of work ethic, I will make an impression on them and keep them as loyal customers, they will spread it to their friends or relatives and it will be like a ripple effect then. I also need to make sure that everything was detailed or noted in their respective accounts. I also need to send reports with all the interactions that I did. That enhanced my data entry and multi-task skills. I have so much to offer for the success of the company."
