"It was 11 years ago when I started working at call centers here in Mexico City. I first started as a customer service representative, assisting customers over the phone. Then I worked as a cross-sales representative and then as tech support.
Then I transitioned into working from home. For 6 years, I started working from a home office. I happen to do appointment setting, cold calling, solar panel scheduling, and real estate agenting, which I have the most experience in. I enjoy very much working with people and helping them with their needs and questions. I believe it's important to empathize with the caller and stay focused on all calls to provide the best resolution. I also learned how to multitask. I enjoy riding my motorcycle, going to new places, watching movies, or spending time with relatives in my free time. I'm a very enthusiastic, honest, responsible, hard-working, and fast learner. I am also a rule-follower.
