"The BPO industry is where I stayed the most, but I have also acquired knowledge and skills from different types of jobs, from being a bartender/waiter, a online English tutor, to a virtual assistant. I have been in different industries and developed a high level of customer service personally and over the phone, throughout my 9 years of work experience, I have encountered different types of customers and made sure I dealt with them accordingly.
From the different fields of the BPO industry, from being a sales representative, I made sure I provide customers the best product or service they can get from their budget. From being a technical support representative, I made sure I solve their device or software issues from their first contact as much as possible. Being a customer service representative, I provided excellent customer service and made sure my clients expectations were exceeded. From being a quality analyst, I extended my effort to help out my colleagues be better on the task given to them and guide them to their better self at work.
Being a virtual assistant to a Realtor, I made sure I am able to execute all the tasks given to me, from learning to edit videos and photos for property showings to managing their social media accounts and talking to their prospect clients. All these experiences I have gained throughout my journey allowed me to out best my former self and kept learning new things.
I know that all these experiences and knowledge I have acquired will definitely be suitable for this company and I will make sure that I will continue to grow and provide excellent service."
