"Hi! My name is Monaliza Adagio, a tough highly motivated, and hard-working mother as to how my friends and family describe me.
I had been part of the Call Center industry for almost ten years where I learned most of my skills. I started as a Customer Service in an Airline and Medical Pre-need account. After such time, I became a Technical Support for Internet Service Provider and this is under the same company and these are all US-based accounts. I also worked as a Sales Representative on Sattelite Radio Account and then after a year, I was one of the handpicked agents to launch Sales Retention Account where I got promoted as a Supervisor for Operations. It was very challenging but fulfilling at the same time because not only that I had to handle my people, it is when I need to develop them and make them the person they wanted to be, and that for me is the most essential quality of being a leader.
I believe that there are more reasons to live so there's no way I will give up. Learning new things with a positive attitude plus hard-work and dedication towards work are the keys to success."
