Diversity Grant Application
• Thoroughly respond to the following questions.
• Submit completed proposals online for The Center for Race, Ethnicity, & Diversity Education no later than three weeks before the event is to take place. The cut off date for Fall 2016 semester proposals is November 14, 2016. The cut off date for Spring 2017 semester proposals is April 21, 2017.

• If grant is received, please KEEP your receipts and BRING them to the CREDE within ONE week after your event. You will also need to submit a Diversity Grant Evaluation.
