Thank you for applying to attend Kansas City Fashion Week's F/W'18 showcase that will be held this March 2018. This form is only applicable to those wanting to attend and cover KCFW events as media, including bloggers for the F/W'18 events, March 25th-31st. If you are interested in registering as a photographer, please fill out those specific forms listed under the Photo/Video Application tab www.kcfashionweek.com.

There are no fees associated with the Media Pass, but you must indicate which media outlet you will be representing, which will be verified.

By applying for a Kansas City Fashion Week Media Pass, you agree and understand the following criteria:

- You are the official representative of the media outlet listed in your application.
- Media will NOT be allowed access to the pit or backstage area.
- A Media pass does NOT guarantee access to a front row seat. Front row seats availability varies during each show.
- KCFW reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to press pit, backstage, interviews, after parties, and the VIP area.
- Your Media Pass will be revoked if found backstage or in the pit without prior approval from the KCFW board.
- Photos or video taken during Kansas City Fashion Week are authorized for publication only in the media outlet listed on this application and KCFW must be credited and tagged if shared on social media. Kansas City Fashion Week must be credited with ALL images.

You understand that:
(1.) Your media pass must be worn at all times, (2.) Your media pass cannot be copied and is not transferable, (3.) Your media pass can be revoked at any time, and (4.) You assume all risk and liability in case of an accident.
