    BEHAVIOUR
    Please note that the Camp can be attended by younger persons, however, it is the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian to ensure this person behaves and does not distract others.

    It is up to the Parent or Guardian to determine if their child should be attending the camp discussions. The Camp guardian of each child can choose to take the child/children they personally are listed as accountable for to play elsewhere, however they must ensure that they (the child's camp guardian) remain with the child and remain vigilant over them.

    Dress Code is modest and casual. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, and no bubbly, alcohol, Marijuana or illegal substances are to be brought onto the premises.

    Please note that radios and noise is to be kept to a minimum to maintain the peacefulness of the area.

    The camping area is part of a lodge, whose Christian Owner is charging only a cost price for us to camp. You will still need to be aware as the camp site is close to a river and cliffs and is fenced off from a quiet, but public area.

    FOOD
    Bring your OWN FOOD for all meals, and remember a little extra as we will be sharing with each other. Make it "prepared-already" food (or food that takes only a few minutes to prepare, as there will not be much time in between sessions to cook. - There are no fridges or freezers or facilities to cook.

    WATER
    Each person to bring 2 x five-litre bottles of water

    ELECTRONIC DEVICES
    Electronic devices can only be used in free time.

    WHAT TO BRING
    - Your Bible (Not your mobile phone) – We will be using the Old King James Bible.
    - Torch
    - A plain white T-Shirt (No Logos or Brands on it. (We will be writing on it)
    - Pen and highlighters
    - Insect repellent
    - Sunblock (high factor)
    - Shade hat
    - Modest, clothing
    - Tackies/walking shoes & Jeans [Walking in the place dedicated to God's Presence.]
    - Two changes of clothes & Warm clothes for night time
    - Windbreaker or raincoat
    - Pillow, Sleeping bag/Blanket & extra blanket
    - A roll of toilet paper
    - Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, cloth, etc)
    - Towel
    - Swimming costume - if you would like to swim or be baptised on the camp
    - Any medicines
    - Tent, caravan, your transport, (or book yourself in at a nearby lodge)
    - Bring your OWN FOOD for all meals, and remember a little extra as we will be sharing with each other. Make it "prepared-already" food (or food that takes only a few minutes to prepare, as there will not be much time in between sessions to cook. - There are no fridges or freezers or facilities to cook.
    - Gas cooking equipment is permitted, however, cooking is done communally, and only in the evening or morning. – Don’t forget a lighter to light the gas with.
    - Electrical extension cables & double adapters (Blue Campers Plug adapter).
    - Your own Snacks - There is NO Tuck Shop
    - Braai equipment (charcoal will be provided). [Collectable wood should not be used for cooking.]
    - A (non-electrical) musical instrument - just you and God - in a place set apart for God's Presence.
    - Your own cutlery, crockery, cups and washing up things [Paper cups and plates are useful].
    - A big black bag for your rubbish. (Please take your rubbish home with you.)

    Please Note:
    Keep noise down after 20:00 and before 07:00 - respecting our neighbours.
    No responsibility is assumed by anyone for this person. It is incumbent on the church or legal guardian of this person to:
    - Provide a camp guardian for this person.
    - To ensure their transport both from and to the camp.
    - This person to arrive and leave on time.
    - Has the necessary accommodation at the camp - Their own food and extra to share for the duration of their stay.

    The "Camp Guardian" which you will select when registering will be deemed to be the legal guardian of this person, but only for the duration of this camp and only if this person is a minor. Should any matter pertaining to the minor need to be addressed your chosen "Camp Guardian" must be able to bring the minor under control.

    Completion of this registration gives the right for your choice of "Camp Guardian" to sign any forms, including an indemnity form, should the parent/legal guardian not have ensured that we receive such completed form.

    The Camp Leader reserves the right to request any person to leave the camp ground, however such a request will not be made without an attempt to first give an opportunity for understanding repentance and forgiveness on behalf of all involved. Should such repentance and forgiveness not be forthcoming, or there be any concern for the safety of any person or property, then you agree that if this person you are registering is one of those involved, that this person will be collected from the camp grounds and removed from it permanently and they will be collected within three hours of the request being sms'd to the numbers provided on this registration.

    Any damages made by this person will be charged to the Camp Guardian you have appointed, failing them, you, the person registering them is liable.
