“I spent over 4 yrs as an Appointment Setter, Telesales Specialist, and General VA. I was one of the skilled VA. I am one of the Top Sellers, I was able to make 40-50 sales per day with more or less 300 calls per day. I was promoted to Quality Control Admin Support where I handled reports and made sure everything ran smoothly. I loved how every day was a bit different and I got to work with great people who taught me a lot. I have also had the opportunity to work with and under people with various personality types. So I am able to understand and work with different work styles that help me with team projects as well as when working on projects independently. I've also worked with eCommerce - Dropshipping (Shopify/Zendesk Expert) I’m responsible for responding to customer's inquiries through Email I create a ticket, track orders, and provide excellent customer service to our customers. I've been in the BPO for more than 5 yrs.
I've also worked with eCommerce - Dropshipping (Shopify/Zendesk) for several months it was a part-time job. The products we have are mostly for cosmetics. I managed 50-70 emails for 4 hours per day.
