    " In my pursuit of new opportunities, I was thrilled to know that BrightDrop Company is looking for Customer Support and it is clear that you’re looking for a candidate that is familiar with the responsibilities associated with the role, and can perform them confidently. Given these requirements, I am certain that I have the necessary skills which will benefit your organization.

    I've been a customer support for 4 1/2 year and first started as an Agent for a financial Credit card. I Help our customers in terms of making payments with their bill and filing a report if there's unauthorized charges that are applied on their account. After a Year I was promoted as an Escalation agent where we handled escalated scenarios which includes adjusting late reports on their credit report and other issues that need to be addressed immediately.

    To pursue career growth I decided to leave my previous company and join another corporation which is a financial bank institution. I help our customers with their personal bank accounts and credit cards. I also help potential clients with account opening through appointment setting with different banks.

    I am confident that my past experience in Customer Support will qualify me for the position and I'm looking forward to being part of the team."
