    I've been a Sales Representative for a UK telco brand. I assisted customers in signing up or upgrading for new contracts & customers who'd like to purchase new mobile phones. I've been a Sales Chat Representative for a US based company offering promotional items such as shirts, mugs, etc. I've also been a Retention Specialist for a telco brand, I have assisted customers who would like to upgrade, keep customers from cancelling their service by offering a new plan.
