President's Award: Nomination and Endorsement form
The President’s Award recognizes the efforts of a service team, committee, or volunteer team whose exemplary service in support of delivering the Girl Scout Leadership Experience surpassed team goals and resulted in significant, measurable impact toward reaching the council’s overall goals.
How to Nominate a Group of Volunteers for the President’s Award:
1. The Main Nominator completes this Nomination to the best of their knowledge.
2. The President’s Award requires 2 endorsements. One endorsement can be completed by the Main Nominator. An additional endorsement is to be completed by another adult who has worked with the nominee.
3. Click "submit" to send the nomination and endorsement form to the GSOC offices by:
February 4th at 6:08 pm

Award Process for President's Award:
• Applications are screened by the Adult Recognition Committee (GSOC volunteers and staff) to determine that recognition criteria are met in each nomination.
• Please complete the nomination form with concrete details to describe the group you are nominating. The information included in the nomination and endorsements will be reviewed when making recommendations to the Board.
• The Adult Recognition Committee slate of recommended award recipients is sent to the GSOC Board of Directors for approval. Based on the information in the nomination and the endorsement forms:

• The ARC may recommend nominee for a different award than originally nominated
• The ARC may suggest that another award / recognition to be presented by the S.U. or Association
• Late nomination submissions cannot be considered. PLEASE have all nomination components into the GSOC offices by February 4th
