"My experience in customer service mainly consists in my work as a technical support, retention and sales agent in Teleperformance. First, I started a sales and retention agent, being the last interaction of a customer who most of the time had a bad experience with a product. I did a great job listening to the customer, providing solutions and selling the reliability of the product. Once they decide to stay I offer an upgrade to the product that best fits the costumer, as well as when I did technical support. I made it my goal to always resolve the issue first and then selling the brand and upgrades to the product. I am also currently in charge of receiving personalized orders for products I sell in my online business via chat. "
