" I started working in the BPO industry back in 2004. I've handled different US-based accounts such as TELCO, Mobile, Airline, and Banking. The TELCO account was the very first US-based account that I handled. Being in the escalation team, I' am used to speaking and providing accurate resolutions to the customer's inquiries. And because of that, it developed my skillset in communications, leadership, and attention to detail.
Then after 2years, I decided to look for a different BPO company close to where I lived. And that is when I started working with IBM Daksh Phils. as a Customer Advocate Specialist. I do inbound calls and upselling for Sprint and NEXTEL mobile accounts. It lasted for only 6months because a better opportunity came with ACS as an Airline Ticketing and Reservation specialist for USAirways. We take inbound calls for passengers of US domestic flights. We provide exceptional customer service concerning a booking, flight details, flight cancellation, and other airport guidelines.
I stopped working for a year to take care of my daughter. And then I realized that I needed to go back and work to save something for her future. The year 2009 was when I became part of the banking and finance industry. With JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. I was part of the Retail Finance line of business for mortgage account. As a Senior Specialists for mortgage account, I primarily assist the homeowners regarding their loan documents, payments, taxes, insurance, and submitting ticket requests for a more complicated issue on their loans. Then after 6years, I got promoted to Senior Specialists 1 that made me a multi-skilled specialist for home loans, line of credit, and research. I do 80% of inbound calls and 20% back-office tasks. As a Research Analysts, my role was to dispatch any correspondence we received via phone, mail, or email. We need to ensure that everything must complete within the correct number of service levels. Anything that we cannot process on our end, we MUST dispatch it to the appropriate department.
In 2016, I decided to look for a part-time job and became an ESL Tutor for Japanese, Chinese and Korean. But training with CHASE Bank came up, and I had to let go of my ESL posts. So it was in 2018 when I permanently left JP Morgan and started doing freelancing. I started as an Independent Contractor with VirtuallyIncredible as a Leasing Line Specialist for a US-based Property Management. We set an appointment for prospective tenants who would like to view the property they want to rent. At the same time, I was also doing a part-time job for seasonal Australian-based accounts. As a Data Transcriber for Property Management, we convert audio files to word files and forward them to the property managers. In addition, I was doing some admin assistant tasks for the CEO/Owner of the company like time management, hotel booking, and many more. "
