“I've had 3 years experience in the BPO industry. In the course of 3 years, I was able to manage different Companies for different roles. I was given the opportunity to handle Sales, Customer Support and to be a Team Leader. Due to my hard work, my client has seen my potentials and entrusted me to lead his whole Customer support Team. For which I developed my leadership skill, people skill and management skill. I've had to conduct trainings, produce training materials while still overseeing the performance of my existing team members.
I then realized one day that I needed to get out of my comfort zone to be able to broaden my knowledge and improve my skills. I thought becoming a freelancer is going to be easy for me given that I have a supervisory experience. Reality had hit hard but that didn't stop me. I took to social media: Facebook and YouTube, and taught myself the essentials of being successful VA/Freelancer. I was never intimidated, hence, kept sending my applications to various of job posts. Until a startup client has trusted me and taught me everything about E-commerce to which opened a lot of opportunity for me. I've managed multiple E-commerce stores. I did Customer Support, Social Media managing, Content creating which includes photo and video editing. Unfortunately, due to the Global Pandemic, we had to go our separate ways.
I can proudly say that I've grown so much to a point that clients recognize me and oftentimes reach out to me. Although I still got a long way to go, I'm confident to say I'm a seasoned VA that can adapt to new roles and challenges, and that works efficiently and conscientiously.
