    “I was in the BPO Company for 2 years and I took calls for all of those years. I have experience working as a Call center Representative. I worked for 6 months in an office based set up for a home warranty account, I was first assigned to the new claims department where I handled incoming calls from the costumers, I gather all the information and if it is covered by the warranty, I do all the reports to be forwarded to the dispatch department. After 2 months, I was transferred to the dispatch department where I do outbound calls. I called technicians to accept work orders, I do follow up with customers and technicians as needed to ensure that claims are resolved in a timely manner, I did lead generation too.

    After 3 months, I moved to a different company where I did live proctoring. I assist the student with their examination I monitor their behavior during the exam and help them with any technical issues. I also did administrative tasks since I have to report everything that occurred during the exam. After 8 months, I was transferred to a different account as a Virtual receptionist where I answer all incoming calls and resolve customer needs. These needs includes scheduling of appointments, routing calls to the right department, providing information, processing of orders and checking the status of an order, help the customer reach the program manager and did basic troubleshooting for a certain account to different companies.

    I attended a 10 days training for a Real Estate where I learned the introduction of Real estate concepts from common terms, exit strategies, ARV computations and email marketing, I continuously listen to trainings online to become effective in working in a home base set up.
    I think that collectively the skills I acquired make me a good fit for the job, I believe that my experiences has proven my reliability and versatility so you could trust that I give it my best at work. ''
