"I have a total of 5 years BPO experience. From customer service, technical support, e-commerce and VA. On top of that, I also have leadership training and was once a part of the management team.
What I like best about the management team role is having unlimited learning opportunities. I was handling numerous accounts and it was not easy learning the ins and outs of it. But I am the kind of person who loves learning from scratch. I also believe that to be effective in supervising your team, you have to be in their shoes.
My background with AT&T Mobility is definitely my advantage in terms of Customer Service Skills. I was able to do e-mail, chat and inbound which definitely enhanced my multitasking skills.
I would say that my strength that made me succeed is my passion to learn. The eagerness to figure things out. I don't stop until I get an answer and a resolution. Hardworking? Definitely. I even came to the point that I was working out of office hours because it makes me uneasy seeing unanswered emails."
