Recently, I worked closely with the higher management of Dubai Airports and G4S to establish and deliver training requirements, including induction, on-job training, internal and external course needs. I managed the overseas and local staff recruitment, interview and selection process, from the receipt of the recruitment request until staff joining. I obtained documents, clearances, certificates and approvals from G4S management, Dubai Airports Terminal Operations, Stakeholders and Contractors. I also ensured adherence to SOPs & LOPs, regulations for continued company compliance and oversaw daily maintenance and monitoring of staff performance per the contractual agreement and approved KPI's. I was responsibly managed Touchpoint Plan and Staff Master Deployment Plan, according to the actual allocation to ensure the consistent smooth running of the operation and collaborated with other administrative team members, human resources and finance departments on special projects and events.
