"I started as a technical support representative with TeleTech under Verizon. I loved that job because it was then I got to enhance my technical skills and learned to interact with clients through the phone.
My next BPO experience was with the Results Companies. There I got to boost my skill as a sales representative. I learned to be patient dealing with customers that have an outstanding balance on their accounts.
Then I got promoted as a supervisor. I was taught how to handle groups of people and finish the administrative tasks that were allocated to me.
Then I got hired at Metropolitan Solutions Philippines as a Logistics coordinator.
I was tasked with scheduling pick-ups and deliveries of high-value items. I made sure that the products were sufficiently packed and transported safely to the customers. If problems arise, I know who to go to find a solution. My reports are being submitted during end of the shift.
My latest work experience was as an Outbound Sales Representative with Expertise.com. Same with my previous work at The Results Companies, I was tasked with calling clients and share with them their Expertise Award that they get to post on their website. My contract ended with Expertise last June 2021."
