"I started my customer support journey way back 2013 in 2 different BPO ( Business Process Outsourcing) companies here in the Philippines which handled US and Australian base accounts.
My role on my first account was assisting customers about the products they are interested about online and walk them through to place an order or process it for them , tracking availability of products for pick up at the physical store and on my second BPO company I assisted customers of electric and gas retail company, process bill payments and schedule maintenance.
What I love about my job as as customer service representative is that i get to improve my emotional intelligence and learn how to effectively solve problems.
Then my recent work experience is sales account executive which dealt with suppliers and institutional clients for their monthly janitorial product requirements and what I love about it is that I was able to excel and enjoy building long-term relationship with clients. "
