ACCOMODATION DETAILS

Accommodation will be provided only to the outstation participants on prior request in the college Hostel with extra payments (Rs.500 per team max upto 6 members) in advance.
The dinner for the delegates will be arranged on prior request only on payment basis.
All the delegates will be transported from across the city.
However, all the delegates are required to inform the Co-Ordinator of the event giving all details about their date of arrival, number of person accompanying and the date of departure with time.
