“ Hi, my name is Kenneth Omo, but you can call me Kenn. From the city of Pines Baguio City. I started out my career as a customer service representative in the BPO industry when I was 19 years old way back in 2016. with an account that handles billing, general inquiries, and Sales. After my time as a customer service representative, I was promoted to Team Leader. I have been a Team Leader for more than 3 years. As a Team Leader, it was my responsibility to take supervisor calls when needed. Part of my responsibility as a Team Leader is to take care of multiple agents under my roster. Making sure that you guide and develop your agents in order for them to meet company and client standards.
I am well versed in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and outlook. I am also knowledgeable in using Google Meet, Zoom, and Skype applications
During my time as a customer service representative, I have learned to show compassion towards the customers and the people I work with. At the same time, I also learned to use my resources in order for me to resolve my customer's concerns while ensuring that I provide quality and world-class customer service. As a team leader, I would describe myself as Hardworking, solution-oriented, and organized. I am efficient and effective because I want to make sure that the work that I produce has quality.
