"My first job was with Sitel where I handled Sears account. Here, I am receiving
inbound calls from a customer who would like to schedule appliance repair, order parts and, upselling insurance for those customers who scheduled repairs. I stayed in Sitel for almost 2 years and moved to 247 Customer Philippines in Makati.

In 247 Customer Philippines, I was assigned to T-Mobile UK. Here, I learned in-depth knowledge on billing explanation, handling complaints, and basic technical support. After working for a year in 247, I rested for almost two years to be able to take care of my Dad.

Fast forward two years, I decided to work for Convergys San Lazaro where I was assigned to a health care account Cigna. In this line of business, I am answering phone calls from health care providers verifying the benefits of their patients, checking the status of their claims, and other customer service issues.

Luckily, one of my friends referred me to Capital One. I applied in 2016 and got accepted. I stayed in Capital One for almost four years. I really enjoyed my time working there. I learned all about credit cards. I was first assigned to the Disputes department then after a year, I was moved to the Fraud overnight response team where I handle all lines of business related to fraud.

It was May of 2020, I decided that I am going to pursue working from home instead. So, I applied to become a virtual assistant and got a job at Temporary Kitchens 123. Unlike working in the BPO where there is a lot of training, being a virtual assistant, taught me how to be very independent, self-motivation, more confident, and learn how to maximize all the resources that I have. I am a very goal-oriented person, given the pandemic, my goal is to be able to find a job and settle working from home permanently."
