Diver's Disclaimer

The Hantu Bloggers dives are for certified divers only. Divers are required to bring their Certification Cards for all dives. If you have not dived in the past 12 months, you are strongly encouraged to take a refresher dive with a dive center BEFORE coming for our trips.

Liability Release

By paying for and going on the scuba diving trip organized by The Hantu Blog (the ‘Organiser’), I acknowledge and consent to the terms stated below.

I hereby affirm that I am a certified scuba diver and that I thoroughly understand the hazards of scuba diving including those hazards occurring during boat travel to and from the dive site.

I agree and understand that scuba diving is a potentially dangerous sport which I undertake at my own risk. The Organiser is not liable for any injury, loss or damage (including any indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage) howsoever caused whether resulting from negligence on the part of the Organiser and/or persons acting in capacity of the Organiser of otherwise.
