"I have worked with BPO and call center industry for more than ten years. I have handled different US accounts and Australian account. I have worked with my most recent job for over 5 years and the company is a medical records retrieval company based in US.
The positions that I have worked for are Customer Service Specialist, Email handling Specialist, Resolution Specialist, Back Office Specialist, Outbound Customer and Sales Representative and Subject Matter Expert. These positions allow me to learn different skills and be able to access different systems.
My customer service experiences taught me on how to assist every type of customers in both oral and written ways. I have handled both incoming and outgoing customer service calls and emails. I have also learned strategies on how to request for something from a client such as medical records plus how to introduce products and services to prospect clients with my sales and outbound retrieval experiences. In addition, being a Subject Matter Expert previously, my leadership skills were molded as I was given the opportunity to handle a group of people with different attitudes. In this role, I have learned to adjust in different scenarios and think out of the box solutions for non-urgent and urgent matters. Along side with these skills, I became experts on various administrative tasks such as creating reports, email templates, using different Microsoft applications, researching and a lot more."
