"As a posthumous kid, I did not want to burden my mom, so I started working in high school. From being a nanny to burning music CDs and coaching in gyms, I have tried them all. I was also a radio reporter for developmental news and a researcher for a genetics lab in the university.
I graduated from college in April of 2006. I began my first job in the BPO industry in June of 2006. Initially, I was a Sales and Service Representative for a major US credit card company. I helped out with customers' billing concerns, card replacements, and selling credit card products. I was also a Communications Assistant for IP- relay. As a chat and voice operator, I helped the deaf and a regular hearing person communicate over the phone. After that, I helped screen customers for home refinancing. Then, I identified fraudulent activities for a credit management team. I also have five years on Healthcare projects, from medical records retrieval, underwriting, patient and provider verifications for prescription claims and pricing. My most recent account was with voice relay. I did near real-time captions for hard-of-hearing customers.
I am a hard worker. I like challenging tasks. I work not to meet goals but to provide excellence. I work well with others but can also work alone, with minimal supervision. I speak my mind. I show up when I am needed.
