"I worked as an appointment setter for a real estate company in the US. I called buyer and seller leads with the goal of appointment setting. I used different types of CRM and dialer in calling out leads. I also do follow-up calls and search different types of properties in Zillow.
I am used to sending a start of the day report to make sure that the client is aware of my activity within the day. That is to make sure that I won't miss anything and everything will be covered within my shift. After each shift, I also send an end of the day report which consists of the numbers I called and the outcome of each call.
Successful appointments will be plotted on the client's calendar. Before the appointment, I'll call leads an hour before the meet up to confirm if there are no changes with the schedule. If everything goes well, I'll help my client list the property in the MLS and schedule showings...Technically, my routine would be to set up appointments and make a lot of follow-up calls."
