Glade Diner Order Policy

IMPORTANT:
You must place an order within the time frame stated below. The kitchen has been instructed not to process any orders outside of these guidelines. If you need catering at short notice you will need to make alternative arrangements yourself.

Orders for under 15 people (excluding buffets)
Must be placed at least 3 working days before the event.

Orders for over 15 people (excluding buffets)
Must be placed at least 10 working days in advance.

Buffet Orders:
Must be placed at least 15 working days in advance.

Collection:
Once your order has been confirmed please make sure you collect it on the day and at the time you have specified.

Cancellation:
Any orders not collected and not cancelled will still be charged. You must cancel a regular order if it is not needed. If you do not cancel or collect a regular order, you will have to complete a new order form.

Charges:
Your budgets will now be recharged on a weekly basis. This will make you aware of the catering expenditure that will be taken out of your budget. Your budget will be charged for all items in your order.

All orders will be charged at full rate, unless this is request for a lunch club where a discounted Free School Meals rate will apply.
