"Hi! My name is Victoria Mendoza. I have been with the BPO Industry for almost Fifteen years. I started as Technical Support Representative, Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative. For the last Seven years, I was with Sales Account. I started as an agent, then stepped up as a Coach/Mentor and eventually became a supervisor.
As a Sales Agent, my role is to sell and activate subscription for a Satellite Radio, following a script driven call flow. I enjoy challenges that comes along with it and the opportunity to connect with people. For me, selling starts when the customer say’s “NO”.
As a Supervisor, I managed a team of 15 or more agents. My responsibilities include but not limited to taking in escalation calls, sending reports, coaching agents, inspire and guide agents to reach their full potential, pass their goals on a day-to-day basis following Quality Call handling.
This experience gave me opportunity to share excellent work ethics and develop people to reach them potential."
