"I had worked as a Customer Service Representative answering calls & emails for an eCommerce business. I had been part of the company from March 2020 until April 2021. It was a work-from-home setup & my shift was from 9:00 AM up to 6:00 AM EST.
I have been working since 1996. Most of my jobs are dealing with different customers. I loved providing assistance to the customers & it gives me much pleasure knowing I was able to provide them with world-class customer service. My first work experience was abroad, particularly in Kuwait. I have worked as Sales Assistant during my first year & was promoted as Cashier on my second year. After I came back, I worked as Supervisor for our family-owned business. We supplied beverages, particularly Pepsi Cola products to the whole Lipa area. I am assigned to handle the warehouse inventory and managing the sales as well as the sales agents. I have been part of the BPO industry for 13 years. I initially worked as technical support for a US telco account for 4 years. I assisted the customers with their internet connection issues and providing the extra mile by helping them with either software or hardware issues. I also worked as technical support for HP. I handled different lines of business for an Australian telco account. I have been part of both the Business & Residential billing department, Sales, Collections, Case Manager handling accounts for customers with financial difficulties & also been part of the Complaints department.
