"I used to work on an eCommerce/Retail project/account like Fingerhut USA and Lazada Singapore as a Customer Service Representative. My duties and responsibilities are tracking customers' order online, providing accurate details about the order status, doing follow up emails to the seller about the status of the order of the customer if it's already shipped and also to the carrier if when is the estimated arrival time or if it's already delivered. Creating a case for the customer’s account is also part of my job where we need to do documentation as to what we discussed and attach files needed for future reference. I enjoyed working with this kind of job not only because I used to interact with a different person, but because I always loved to work where the satisfaction of the customer is the number one goal."
